# Refund Policy

We understand that trying the demo version of PREMINT or reading reviews/ documentation can set some expectations which may not be met when using the actual product. That's why we have crafted a refund policy trying to balance the interests of everyone involved - you, the collector community which may be interested in your project and our team.

We still suggest reading our documentation (<https://docs.premint.xyz/>) and trying out PREMINT in demo mode prior to minting the Creator Key to ensure that your purchase decision is well informed. To clear some common misconceptions:

1. **PREMINT is not a marketing or exposure tool**.
2. It will not make your project reach a wider audience or make a material difference in the number of collectors who mint your project.
3. The Creator Key does not guarantee that your allowlist collab request for PREMINT Collector Pass holders will be approved.

It is simply an allowlist management tool which helps creators save time which can then be utilized for higher value tasks like marketing, strategy etc.

#### Refund qualifications:

1. **You should have minted the Creator Key within the past 48 hours**.
2. You must KYC (you can blame this on our tax reporting needs).
3. You must complete steps 1 and 2 below within 48 hours of minting.
4. Your mint date should be at least 5 days after the Creator Key is minted.

#### Refund process:

1. Send your creator key to premint.eth (0x092120633b0dfa03265df824e12ebe8a26810921)
2. Create a support ticket in our creator discord server <https://discord.gg/premint> and share the transaction hash of the completed transfer.
3. Complete the KYC process which our team shares with you (in the discord ticket).
4. After the completion of KYC, we will refund the full amount within 5 working days.
